# GroupMath

## Group theory code for Mathematica

**GroupMath** is a Mathematica package containing
several functions related to Lie Algebras and the permutation group.
It inherits some of its code from the Susyno package .

Note that the latest version of the Sym2Int code requires GroupMath.

## Installing the code

GroupMath can be obtained from this page:

(GroupMath 1.1.2)

The *GroupMath* folder should be placed inside the *Applications* subfolder of one of the two special
directories defined by Mathematica: $BaseDirectory or $UserBaseDirectory. Often the paths are the following ones:

## Documentation

A tutorial discussing several of the available functions can be found here .

Furthermore, the program includes built-in documentation files which describe in detail each of the available
functions. These files can be accessed directly from Mathematica, provided that the *GroupMath* folder was
placed inside the *Applications* subfolder of either $BaseDirectory or $UserBaseDirectory.
